Sharpening Service - How It Works

Purchase the service
Select your sharpening or repair service and complete checkout. -
Complete the required intake form
After purchase, you’ll receive an email with a link to a required form.
The form must include your order number and match your order.
We cannot begin sharpening until the completed form is received. -
Package your scissors correctly
- Secure tips of scissors lightly with elastic
- Secure handles with twist-tie to prevent scissors from opening during transit
- Send in bubble-wrapped envelope (with Mizutani scissors sleeve if possible
