Introducing the 2027 Mizutani Canada Influencer Search

We want to meet hairstylists, barbers, educators and creators with strong professional credibility, a relevant audience and a genuine connection to the craft.

Selected Influencers may become connected to regional launches, demonstrations, workshops, product education and future Mizutani opportunities while helping introduce the brand to their own local professional communities.

Afternoon - Scissors, Sushi & Sake
The Mizutani Test Drive + Scissor Skills Workshop

In the same way knife skills help a chef understand how to handle, control and choose the right blade, Scissor Skills gives the hairstylist or barber a deeper understanding of the instrument behind the haircut.

You’ll work directly with Gino, Nick and Martin, rotating through guided Mizutani stations and experiencing how different scissors behave in your hand.

Your Experience Includes

  • Hands-On Scissor Skills stations
  • Handle a wide range of Mizutani scissors
  • Experience the latest Mizutani models
  • First Look at a special Mizutani launch
  • Guidance from Gino Dominic, Nick Benitez and Martin Truong
  • Mannequin for hands-on practice
  • Scissor Skills Workbook
  • Open Mizutani Test Drive
  • Sushi
  • Sake

Highly Limited
The afternoon workshop is intentionally kept small so every artist has meaningful time with the scissors, the stations and the educators.
